December 2017Mars One Updates - Mars One Ventures soon to be trading again

We're making good progress towards getting the Mars One Ventures AG share trading again. The prospectus will be filed with the financial authorities this week. When the share is trading, our six million euro investment will start coming in, allowing us to take the next important steps. These will include:

We have a few nice updates:

Mars One Foundation

  • Announce round 3 selection dates
  • Start a whole new astronaut application procedure
  • New contracts with aerospace suppliers
  • Add new ex-NASA & ex-Lockheed team members
  • Add team members for training and selection

Mars One Ventures

  • Improve the website content and conversion
  • Find highly qualified CEO and CCO
  • Reach out to potential branding partners
  • Organize permanent settlement conference
  • Produce content about upcoming round 3

We have a face to face meeting with a very good potential CFO in the UK early January. Two long Skype meetings tell us he's an excellent candidate for the position and that he's very interested to take the job. We have an updated pitch deck. It was made by Investor Ready, a Dutch group that will also help us with a fundraise in their network of 500 business angels. The pitch deck is public information, so feel free to distribute it freely.

October 2017Mars One Update - Audit report

Last Wednesday we have filed the financial statements and the audit report for Mars One Ventures AG for 2016. It's not really about Mars One, because the takeover was only signed at the end of 2016 and executed in 2017, but it is a good sign that we are gaining full control over the company.

The fundraise is moving ahead and we've started work on the prospectus, which is the most important step to get our share trading again at the exchange. Once the Mars One Ventures share is trading again, the €6m investment will start flowing in - then we can start making some good progress on the next steps of the mission to Mars and the monetization.

Finally, I would like to remind you that you are still able to participate in our current fundraise with a nice discount compared to the last traded price.
